Each summer during the last two weeks of July and the first two weeks of August, guided sunset ecotours are offered aboard the Crystal Dawn, a 65 foot headboat which departs from Pirate's Cove, Roanoke Island, near the Nags Head Causeway.

Join us to learn about the martins natural history and migration, why they roost at the bridge and experience the mind-blowing phenomenon of being amongst 100,000+ purple martins in flight at sunset over the beautiful Croatan Sound!

This is an annual fundraiser for CCPMS. Thank you to the Crystal Dawn for providing us with a generous donation which allows our organization to continue protecting our feathered friends at Manns Harbor purple martin roost!
